You pay for 5 months up front and get 6. Save £99 on a Basic plan, £179 on a Pro plan and £249 on a Premium plan. The free month applies to any add-ons you take at the same time, so if you order videos, stories or extra channels with your plan, those get 6 months for the price of 5 too. Add something later and it runs monthly alongside your plan, then joins the 6-month billing at your next renewal. Everything else about the service is identical. At the end of the 6 months it renews for another 6, and you can switch to monthly at that point if you would rather. The 14-day money-back guarantee still applies at the start, so if you change your mind in the first two weeks you get the full six-month plan fee back, however far through the first batch of posts we are. Add-ons are not included in the guarantee.

No. Monthly plans are month to month with nothing to sign. The 6-month option is simply a prepaid term, not a contract. Either way you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel in your client portal with 14 days notice before your renewal date, because we plan and create content in advance.

No, and this is a real difference between us and most providers. We message you every two weeks, each time a new batch is ready, you have a look in your scheduler if you want to, and if you are happy you do not need to do anything. Your posts publish automatically on schedule. You only act if you want something changed. Nothing waits on you and nothing is missed if you are busy, which is rather the point of handing it over.

Unlimited on your static posts, on every plan. If a post is not quite right, tell us and we will redo it as many times as it takes, at no extra cost. Short-form video, Stories and blogs include 2 rounds of revisions.

Yes. Everything we create is made specifically for your business and is never reused for another client. It is designed in your branding, around your customers and your goals, and it is yours to keep and reuse however you like. If a post is not right for you, ask and we will redo it.

We use AI to speed up parts of our workflow, as most modern agencies do. What matters more is what happens around it. Every account has a dedicated content creator who oversees your posts, and an editor checks every batch before it reaches you. If you have particular preferences about how AI is used on your account, tell us when you sign up and we will work to that.

No. If you have photos, logos or ideas we will happily use them, and you can send ideas any time through the portal. If you have nothing, that is fine too. We design everything from scratch using your branding and licensed imagery.

No setup fee and no hidden costs. The price you pick is the price you pay. Optional add-ons such as extra channels, videos, stories, blogs or the Reports Hub are clearly priced on this page and only charged if you choose them.

Organic posts are the content on your own page. They show what you know, showcase what you sell, make your business look established, and build trust so people are warmed up before they buy. Meta Lead Ads pay to put you in front of new people and ask them to leave their details. Most businesses start with organic posts and add ads later, once they have built a presence and want enquiries coming in quickly.

Yes. Fully managed Facebook and Instagram lead ads start at £249 a month, with ad spend paid separately to Meta on top. It is a separate service to the plans on this page, so it has its own page with the tiers, results and case studies laid out properly.

If you want to change, pause or cancel your plan, message us in your client portal or email support@stepsocial.com. We ask for 14 days notice before your renewal date, because your next batch of content is planned and created in advance.
