We’re a UK company with a fully remote team based across the UK, Europe, Australia, Canada and the US. We work with clients worldwide, and all services are currently delivered in English.
How does it work after I sign up?
Once you choose a plan and complete checkout, you’ll fill in a short onboarding questionnaire and access your client portal. From there you’ll connect your social profiles (if relevant), upload brand assets and share any priorities. We then create your first batch of content within a few business days and send it to you for review before it goes live.
Do I need to share my social media login details?
No. You connect your profiles securely to our content scheduler via your client portal. This allows us to schedule posts without ever needing your passwords.
Which social media platforms can you post to for me?
We can create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn personal profiles and company pages, Google Business, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Threads and Bluesky. You choose which profiles to include and can add more later.
What do I get with your organic social media marketing plans?
You’ll receive professionally designed static posts each month (10, 20 or 30 depending on your plan), including graphics, captions and hashtags, scheduled for you via our content scheduler. One social channel is included as standard, and you can add extra channels for a small monthly fee.
What do I get with your Meta Lead Ads management service?
We fully set up and manage your Facebook and Instagram lead campaigns, including ad copy, creative design, targeting, lead forms and ongoing optimisation. Your ad spend is paid directly to Meta, while our fee covers strategy, management and creative work.
What do I get with your short-form video plans?
You’ll receive professionally edited 15–60 second vertical videos each month, tailored to your brand and goals. We can work from your footage or create videos using stock and assets, then add captions, hashtags and scheduling to your chosen channels.
What do I get with your Stories posts service?
We design branded, animated Stories for Facebook and Instagram that run for 24 hours at the top of the feed. We handle the design, creation and scheduling so you can use Stories for quick promotions, announcements and day-to-day updates.
What do I get with your SEO-optimised blog article service?
You receive professionally written, SEO-optimised blog articles in Word format, ready to upload to your site. Each article is researched, written and edited by our writers, with relevant keywords, headings and structure to support your search visibility.
What is the Reports Hub, and do I need it?
The Reports Hub is an add-on that brings your social media analytics into one dashboard with real-time data and easy-to-generate reports. It’s optional, but very useful if you want clear, regular insight into performance without logging into multiple platforms.
How do you know what to post or create for my business?
We start with your onboarding questionnaire and any assets you share, then review your website, existing content and industry. From there we create a content plan aligned with your goals (e.g. visibility, authority, enquiries) and adapt it over time based on performance and your feedback.
Can I review and request changes before anything goes live?
Yes. You’ll be able to review all scheduled posts, videos and Stories in your scheduler before they go live. You can request revisions, edits or rescheduling, and our plans include unlimited revisions within the original scope.
Do I still own the content you create for my business?
Yes. All content we create for you is unique to your business and yours to use for as long as you like. You can repurpose it across your social channels, website, emails and other marketing (subject to normal platform and licensing rules).
Do you use AI to create my content?
We use AI as a supporting tool to speed up tasks like research and idea generation, but all final content is created, refined and approved by our human team. Designs, copy and campaigns are tailored to your brand, and we’re happy to adapt our use of AI if you have specific preferences.
Do you reply to comments and messages on my social media?
No. We focus on creating and scheduling your content. You remain responsible for replying to comments, DMs and enquiries, as you’ll always know your customers and conversations best.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. All services run on flexible monthly subscriptions. You simply agree to our Terms of Service when you sign up – no long-term contracts.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel at any time with 14 days’ notice before your renewal date. This gives us time to adjust workflows and avoid creating content you don’t intend to use.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on eligible plans. If you’re not satisfied within the first 14 days on a qualifying service, we’ll refund your subscription fee. Some services (such as short-form video) are excluded but kept low-risk with flexible terms and unlimited revisions.
Can I change my plan or add services later?

I don’t have social media profiles set up yet - can you help?
Yes. We can create or set up profiles for your business for a small one-off fee per profile. Once they’re ready, we’ll connect them to your content scheduler and start creating content.
What kind of support can I expect as a client?
You’ll have access to support via your client portal for questions, updates and revision requests, plus the option to book video calls when needed. Our aim is to make working with us simple, responsive and hassle-free!
