Yes. Everything is handled through our backend content scheduler. Your clients only ever see the finished posts on their profiles and a shared content sheet for reviewing them – nothing is branded with Step Social.

The programme covers our organic content services only: static posts, short-form videos, carousel posts and Story posts. You can add extra social channels per client. Our Meta Lead Ads service and Reports Hub are not part of the white-label programme.

You pay our standard plan price for each client and charge your clients whatever you like – you keep 100% of the markup. Most resellers add a healthy margin on top of our price.

You do. We never contact your clients directly – we only deal with you. We produce and schedule the content; you manage all communication with your client.

When you sign up a client, you’ll complete our onboarding questionnaire about their business. You can pass the questionnaire to your client to fill in, then simply paste their answers into our system. You then connect your client’s social profiles on their behalf – no passwords needed.

We set up a shared content sheet that displays all scheduled content. Your client (or you) can leave feedback directly on the sheet and we’re notified automatically to make any changes. You can also review everything in the content scheduler before posts go live.

Once onboarding is complete and the client’s profiles are connected, the first batch of posts is usually ready within 5 business days. After that, new posts are created and scheduled on a rolling 14-day cycle.

There’s no limit. You can start with a single client to test the service, or bring over as many as you like. Billing is per client, in advance, and you can add or remove clients at any time.

No contracts and no minimum term – plans run month-to-month and you can cancel anytime with notice before renewal. Please note the 14-day money-back guarantee does not apply to the white-label / reseller programme.
